Phillip Schofield has worn the same top every day on This Morning – and viewers reckon he’s bought a value pack

PHILLIP Schofield has worn the same top every day this week - with This Morning fans joking that he bought a bumper 'value' pack of them.

The 57-year-old presenter began on Monday in a collared long-sleeve shirt in blue, before going on to wear identical tops in grey, green and maroon.

Each time he has twinned them with black jeans and a pair of black shoes without laces.

Why the star has adopted the uniform is something of a mystery because Phillip hasn't referred to his sudden love of three-button shirts on air.

But the unwavering commitment to long-sleeved tops hasn't escaped viewers, who reckon the TV millionaire is bulk-buying them.

One tweeted: "Philip must have got a 3 pack of those shirts - grey, red, and I'm sure we will see the black or blue on Monday."

We will have to wait until next week to see how many more the star has in his wardrobe as Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford fill in for him and Holly Willoughby on Fridays.

Holly hasn't joined in with the new This Morning uniform, wearing a parade of different glam dresses throughout the week.

The pair now host a bumper-length episode of the show after ITV's big daytime hits were extended to fill the gap left by the axing of The Jeremy Kyle Show.

And Phillip was seen wearing the shirts-and-black-jeans combo both before heading off for Christmas and when returning to the new extended show in the New Year.
